UAE launches free education for frontline heroes and their children

Good news for frontline heroes in the UAE! 

The government has recently announced the frontline workers and their children in the country will have access to scholarships for government and private universities and colleges across the UAE. The new program, called Higher Education Scholarship Programme for the sector, was announced on Tuesday by the Frontline Heroes Office. 

The initiative was also announced to support these heroes who fight the Covid-19 pandemic. This is in line with the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Frontline Heroes Office. 

Frontline heroes and their children are qualified for the scholarships starting from 2021 to 2022 academic year. 

Applicants may submit their scholarship request along with supporting documents and the acceptance of letter from their chosen university or college to
