DOLE offers over 50,000 local and overseas job opportunities on Labor Day

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the Philippines is offering more than 50,000 local and overseas job opportunities in nationwide online job fair on Labor Day.

Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III encouraged job seekers to take advantage of the online job fair, which offers a wide range of local and overseas vacancies from 665 employers from industries such as manufacturing, business process outsourcing, textile, construction, and the government sector.

Over 44,000 local vacancies mostly for production operators, factory workers, customer service representatives, police officers, contact tracers, sewers, mason, and carpenters will be offered by 613 participating employers.

Meanwhile, over 7,000 overseas jobs will be offered by 52 participating employers. Most vacancies are for nurses, factory workers, mechanics, nursing aides/ healthcare assistants, and cleaners.
