Filipino Institute has very recently introduced its Summer Camp for Preschoolers 3 to 5 years old. The program’s objective is to be able to acquire new knowledge that will stimulate learner’s interest in learning through activities that involve the five main areas of development and to develop activities that will improve kids’ confidence.
In its proposal, the activity includes Dance Workshop, Block Building, Clay Molding. Drawing, Role Playing, Reading, Writing, Story Telling, Painting, and Fashion Show.
“This summer camp will serve as a trial period for the upcoming school year to assess child’s development learning and to showcase their achievement at the end of the program,” Miss Ellerie Jalipa, the nursery teacher who will handle the program, said.
The summer camp is spread in two batches–with Batch 1 to start on June 19, and Batch 2 on June 20. It will also be conducted for three weeks–from 9am to 2pm with 5 to 10 learners per batch.
Students are required to bring their own lunch, extra clothes, and a small pillow for nap time.
The summer camp costs AED500. Parents can register their kids by going to Filipino Institute’s headquarters at 604, Al Zarooni Building, Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai or email Miss Ellery at email@example.com.
