After submitting all the required documents, Saint Zita Cleaning Services has been officially listed in the Cleaning and Disinfection Companies by the Dubai Municipality. The nod from the government agency was finally secured on June 3.
The cleaning company, which is fully owned by Filipino entrepreneur and Filipino Institute founder and president Mr. Gabriel John Rimando, is now an approved entity to respond to confirmed and suspected areas infected by Covid-19. Saint Zita Cleaning Services showed the capabilities, resources, and experiences they have to disinfect and clean as per Dubai Municipality guidelines.
“After rigorous months of complying with all the requirements and undergoing the process, we have finally been allowed to conduct these services. Our goal is to provide the most affordable cleaning and sanitation service and provide our clients with a comprehensive clean that will reenergize and enhance their lives,” Rimando said.
Saint Zita Cleaning Company has customizable cleaning options and competitive rates and has a large range of clients–from schools, medical offices, shopping centres, warehouses, dealerships, religious centres, professional offices, daycares, retail stores, gyms, among others.
Saint Zita Cleaning Services has a four-step approach in ensuring cleanliness:
1. Misting – Treats surfaces made possible by the controllability of the mist being dispensed from the machine. Disinfectant misting is safe for all electronics, including medical and scientific equipment.
2. Wiping Down – Cleans a surface by wiping it down with a wet cloth.
3. Fogging – Fogging is carried out at a minimum of 15-30 minutes to effectively disperse the chemical. The fogging machine or fogger as it is sometimes called is a versatile piece of equipment that uses a fine spray.
4. UV Light – Unlike chemical approaches to water disinfection, UV Lights provide rapid, effective inactivation of microorganisms through a physical process. Ultraviolet curing, UV is effective for viruses and bacteria.
