Philippine Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes said that those overseas Filipino workers who are holders of visas issued in Dubai and the Northern Emirates and are seeking repatriation assistance from the Philippine government need to completely and correctly accomplish the application form published on Google form.

The form can be found here

Applicants should also key an active mobile number and are cleared to travel without any pending and active criminal, police, civil case.

“To those who have already submitted their repatriation request and would like to know their current queue number in the list of overseas Filipinos seeking repatriation, please provide your passport number on the following page:,” Cortes wrote in a tweet.

“Once you put in your passport number, the system will tell you your queue number and date/time you submitted your application. Thanks again,” he added.
