The 332 repatriated Filipinos from UAE have received P10,000 cash aid each.
As reported by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), these Filipinos left Abu Dhabi on Monday night and arrived in Manila on Tuesday morning via PR8625. The flight was organized by the Philippine government.
DFA Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. welcomed the Filipinos personally at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1.
Of the 332 repatriates, 22 are minor, 37 are pregnant, and 57 have medical conditions. The rest of the Filipinos are those with canceled flights or who have been staying in the UAE illegally.
