Authorities in Abu Dhabi announced that starting September 5, all Covid-19 vaccinated travellers from all destinations arriving at the capital don’t need to undergo quarantine any more.
Meanwhile, those unvaccinated travellers from destinations that are not part of Abu Dhabi’s ‘green list’ must quarantine for 10 days.
Both vaccinated and unvaccinated passengers, before flying to the capital, are still required to show a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure.
Those vaccinated citizens, residents, and visitors arriving from the green list destinations are still required to take a PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine. They are also mandated to take another PCR test on day six if they are to stay in the emirate.
