For the second time around this month, Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced flight diversion–this time its Dubai-Manila route, PR659/25 September 2021 flight.
The flight, which is set to depart from the emirate at 19:30, will be diverted to Subic International Airport (SFS).
The airline’s September 22 flight bound from Dubai to Manila has also been diverted to SFS.

1. All passengers must present a negative RT PCR test result taken within 48 hours prior to boarding the aircraft. 48 hours shall be counted from the time of specimen collection and not from the release of the RT PCR result. It is recommended to do the PCR test a day before the flight.
2. Each passenger must follow the mandatory use of a face mask and face shield at the airport and on board the aircraft.

Non-OFWs are required to have a confirmed booking, including transportation arrangements, at a hotel accredited by Tourism and Health Agencies for at least 10 days. Non-OFWs will not be able to board a flight if they miss presenting a confirmed booking upon check-in.
