A Philippine Airline (PAL) flight from Dubai to Manila will be diverted again to Subic International Airport.
In a press release shared by Mr. Geoffrey Salatan, a Dubai-based travel manager, the carrier will divert the October 2, 2021 PR659 originally Dubai-Manila flight to Subic.
According to PAL, this is due to the recent travel restrictions set by the Dubai Civil Aviation in Dubai.
Reminders for passengers:
1. All passengers must present a negative RT PCR test result taken within 48 hours prior to boarding the aircraft. 48 hours shall be counted from the time of specimen collection and not from the release of the RT PCR result. It is recommended to do the PCR test a day before the flight.
2. Each passenger must follow the mandatory use of a face mask and face shield at the airport and on board the aircraft.

Non-OFWs are required to have a confirmed booking, including transportation arrangements, at a hotel accredited by Tourism and Health Agencies for at least 10 days. Non-OFWs will not be able to board a flight if they miss presenting a confirmed booking upon check-in.
