Here’s how to get your UAE vaccination records validated by POLO

Overseas Filipino workers have been advised to have their vaccination status validated by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) if they wish to return to the Philippines. 

Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes took to Twitter this week to remind returning Filipinos to have their vaccination status validated by the POLO in Dubai. 

“Mga kabayan: re travel to PH of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their spouse, parent/s, and/or children traveling with them: For purpose of verification/confirmation for vaccination status, bring a Certification from the Philippine Overseas Labor Office or POLO in the UAE,” he wrote, 

According to POLO Dubai’s website portal, the validation of vaccine passes is only applicable to returning OFWs. It noted that the application and verification are free of charge and do not need personal appearance in their offices. 

“Online application po ito at hindi kailangan ng personal appearance. Libre po ito–wala pong bayad,” POLO wrote on its website. 

Below are the steps on POLO validation of vaccine cards: 

Step 1: Register on www.onehealthpass.com.ph. Select the icon as shown below the bears the texts ‘Register’:

Note: Make sure to take a screenshot of the transaction number and QR code. 

Step 2: After registering, choose the icon as shown below that bears the texts ‘Apply Vaccine Pass’.

Note: QR Code is different from Transaction Number. 

Step 3: Upload the required documents. The documents required are as follows: 

* Clear copy of the vaccination card with QR Code in JPG format. To avoid getting your vaccine QR code expired, access or generate the vaccine card in DHA, SEHA, or Al Hosn mobile app a day or five days before registering on the One Health Pass portal. 

* Copy of employment visa

* Passport bio page

Step 4: Wait for the email, approval, verification result from the One Health Pass.
