Private sector’s nearly-expiry Moderna Covid-19 vaccines has been deployed by the Department of Health (DOH), it said on Thursday.
According to DOH Undersecretary Myrna Cabotaje, the vaccines will expire by November 30. These jabs were bought by private institutions whose employees have already been vaccinated. Private companies loaned these to prevent wastage, she added.
“We have already deployed all of them.
To achieve population protection and reopen the economy, it will inoculate 77 million people.
