700,000 Expo 2020 Dubai passports sold in less than two months

More than 700,000 Expo 2020 Dubai passports have been sold in less than two months, events organizers said.

The AED20 booklet is being sold to keep track of the pavilions visitors visit during the six-month mega event.

Sold from all official Expo 2020 Dubai stores across the Dubai South site, the Expo 2020 store in Dubai Airports’ Terminal 3 and online, the one 50-page passport was sold every three seconds during the opening ceremony on September 30.

The first Expo 2020 passport was introduced at the 1967 World Expo in Montreal.
