PAL announces flight diversion to Clark

A flight on November 25 and 27 will be affected by Philippine Airlines (PAL) latest flight diversion announcement.

Citing a press release sent to The Global Filipino Magazine, the following flights will be rerouted:

Passengers are still mandated to use face masks at the airport and onboard the aircraft.

Kindly be reminded of the below requirements:

 1. All passengers MUST PRESENT A NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior to boarding the aircraft. 72 hours shall be counted from the time of specimen collection and not from the release of the RT-PCR test result. 

2. Each passenger must follow the mandatory use of FACE MASK & FACE SHIELD at the airport and onboard the aircraft.

 3. Only Filipino passport holders will be allowed to board the flight.

The recent inclusion of United Arab Emirates in the IATF-EID “GREEN LIST” effective 16 November 2021 will have the following testing and quarantine protocols:


 ➢ Present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 Hours prior to departure from the country of origin. 

➢ Facility-based quarantine will no longer be required upon arrival. 

➢ Self-monitor for any symptoms until the 14th day, with the first day being the arrival date. 


➢ Facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day. 

➢ Self-monitor until the 14th day of arrival, with the date of arrival being the first day. 

➢ In the case of an unvaccinated minor accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent or guardian, the same protocols as stated above shall apply, but the guardian may be with the child during the quarantine period.
