Fujairah’s Sheikh Hamad releases more than 100 prisoners

Prior to the UAE’s 50th National Day, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has granted pardons to 107 persons held in punishment and correctional institutions in Fujairah.

The inmates of different nationalities were selected based on their good conduct and behavior.

In this gesture, Sheikh Hamad hopes to give prisoners a chance for a new start in life and to bring joy to their families.
