PAL’s January 14 flight from Dubai to Manila to be rerouted to Subic

As airlines still face the issue of shortage of quarantine facilities in Manila, the Philippine Airline (PAL) announced flight reroute from Dubai.

In an advisory sent by Mr. Geoffrey Salatan, a Dubai-based travel manager, the airline confirmed that PR659 January 14, 2022 Dubai flight originally arriving in Manila will be diverted to Subic.

In December, several Filipinos from the UAE and Saudi Arabia were stranded at the Dubai International Airport as airlines canceled flights on the spot citing hotel quarantine shortage in Manila.

Just recently, PAL cancelled its January 17 and 24 Dubai to Manila flights due to the same reason.
