Rainy, cloudy weather forecasted in UAE over the weekend, next week


Forecasters in the UAE predicted cloudy and rainy weather in the country over the weekend and during the next week. 

In the the latest weather report by UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), it forecasted that from January 15 to January 19, UAE will be affected by extension of surface low pressure from the southwest, accompanied by moist easterly winds with an upper trough extending from the west, with cold air mass. 

Meanwhile, the country will experience a dusty and partly cloudy weather on Saturday, making it cloudy in the afternoon and evening. 

“From Sunday to Wednesday, the weather will be cloudy over scattered areas of the country, associated with convective clouds, accompanied by rainfall with intervals, lightning and thunder at times, especially over some eastern and northern areas, and extending over some western area, coast and island,” the NCM said in their report.
