Philippine Embassy in UAE to close on Feb 1, 25 due to holidays

The Philippine Embassy in the UAE will be closed for two days in observance of the Philippine holidays.

According to an advisory posted on its Facebook account, it will close on Tuesday, February 1, to observe the Chinese New Year; and on Friday, February 25, to observe Edsa People Power Revolution Anniversary.

The Philippine government office in Abu Dhabi has implemented new business hours starting January 3 in line with the UAE government’s new workweek schedule.

It will open from 7:30am to 3:30pm every Monday to Thursday; and 7:30am to 12nn on Fridays.

The embassy will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The appointment system is still enforced for the public in compliance with health protocols aimed at helping stop the spread of Covid-19.
