A top official from the UAE government said that starting next year, UAE citizens traveling to the UK are no longer required to present visas.
The Gulf country is one of the first countries to benefit from the UK’s Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) scheme. The said facility will be rolled out in 2023.
Other GCC countries are also reported to benefit from the new scheme.
