Chef JP Anglo reveals being ‘deceived’ by fellow kabayan

Kooya Filipino Eatery owner Chef JP Anglo revealed that he was recently ‘deceived’ by a fellow Filipino.

On his Instagram account, the chef behind the beloved Sarsa Kitchen in the Philippnes, shared a snap of him getting kissed by his wife Camille with the caption: “Yesterday we kinda had a stressfull day cos we were decieved by a fellow kabayan. Good thing it ended w/ a kiss 😘. I do believe there is still some good out there! 🙏🏼🇵🇭”

Chef JP did not divulge the case, however, on her Instagram account, Camille posted a photo of herself getting kissed by her husband with a caption that seems to be related to Chef JP’s post.

She said that they met a ‘really bad person’.

“And probably he got the best of me for a bit, but he did not get the most of me. For today, I just wish him well and know I will walk away from this a better person (though I can’t say the same for him),” she wrote.

Camille ‘updates’ the things she lives by and has learned through the years. Below are these things:

> If you have nothing good to say, don’t say it.

> Nice is not a compliment; Everyone’s nice, especially when they need something.

> Cash is king.

> Never place all your eggs in one basket.

> Trust your gut ALWAYS.

> Stay away from politics.

> If a person can’t look you in the eye, they’re usually hiding something (or have issues)

> You can tell a lot from a handshake, but you can also get covid

> There’s always 3 sides to every story— his side, her side, the truth.

> Ask questions.

> Sometimes it’s not love, it’s lust and alcohol speaking.

> Sometimes it’s not love, it’s boredom.

> It’s never who did it first, but who did it better.

> Everyone will always put themselves and their loved ones first.

> Family is everything.

> True friends, though not many, can become like family.

> “Dictum meum pactum” – My word is my bond.

> A good workout is still one of the best therapies.

> It can always be better, but it can ALWAYS be worse too.

> There’s always something to be grateful for.

> Lessons are also blessings.

> Always have papertrail.

> Those who are mean to animals aren’t good people.

> It’s better to be happy alone than to be unhappy with someone else.

> To love and be loved back is the best feeling in the world.

> Be kind to everyone, especially the one serving your food.

> Kindness is the most powerful currency.

> Don’t make big decisions when you’re hungry.

> NEVER trust a car salesman.

> The world is round and karma never forgets.
