The good news is, there are a lot of amusing activities in Dubai to help us destress and that includes the new show of the most-popular comedian in town, the organizer of Comedy Kix comedy night at PubG Sports Lounge, who is none other than Imah Dumagay!
Get ready to be enthralled with laughter as she struts the stage to bring you her fourth solo show, MAKE LAUGH WITH IMAH. On the night, Imah will be sharing the funnies in her 10-year old mixed marriage and the truths about life at being almost a 40-year old woman!
Imah, who has been one of the pillars of the UAE comedy scene since 2018, is now one of the top comics of the region who has performed over 500 shows across the UAE and at Dubai Opera. But this upcoming one is extra special to her. “I am excited to perform this brand new show as most parts of it are never-seen-before routine. I’m slowly steering away from the usual Filipino stereotypes. People can expect more mature-ish, adult-ish content. Can I say sexy but not raunchy? Haha” Dumagay teased.
Dumagay also shared “this is kind of a tribute as well to my marriage as my husband and I just turned 10 this year! I can’t wait to talk about all the funnies in it!”
Make Laugh With Imah is presented by Spectrum One Hospitality and organized by Comedy Kix, which will take place on 21st August 2022 at The Theatre, Mall of the Emirates. The venue aims to contribute to the success and development of Dubai’s multicultural communities through presenting and hosting events for both residents and visitors alike.
