OFWs in UAE reveal why they choose to stay with their employers

An employee stays in a company for many reasons–perhaps it’s about a good boss, a well-paying job, or being valued by the company. 

Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the UAE revealed the top reasons why they choose to stay and continue working with their current employers. 

In a Facebook post made by The Global Filipino Magazine (TGFM), it asked its followers why they stay in their respective companies. 

More than 200 Facebook users have answered the question and below are the most relevant answers.

Aiza Pusa: Nagtagal aq sa pagiging katulong sa amo ko kasi ramdam ko sakanila ang pagkakaroon pangalawang pamilya, sa 5years ko sa kanila never nila ako pinagsalitaan ng di maganda. Sila yung mga tipong napakahaba ng pasensya at pagpapakumbaba sa kanilang kapwa tao katulong kaman o hindi pantay lang ang trato nila. Napakayaman nila pero never sila nagmaataas. Kaya mahal ko sila at palagi ko silang pagsisilbihan ng buong katapatan.
