An apartment in Dubai has been sold for an impressive AED410 million or over P5.9 billion.
According to Dubai real estate analysis firm Property Monitor, the one that was sold was the nine-bedroom apartment in the Bvlgari Lighthouse Jumeirah.
The 38,970 sq ft penthouse in the Jumeirah Bay Island development includes more than 13 sq ft of balcony and terrace space.
In a tweet, Property Monitor did not reveal the broker behind the deal or the buyer, but confirmed the record-breaking price.
