As part of its special consular service accommodation, the Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Dubai and the Northern Emirates will hold a ‘Babies Day Out’ event for parents who have yet to have their newborns and older babies registered on Friday, February 10, 2023, from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
The one-day special consular service also covers the following services: New Passport Application for Infants, Affidavit of Acknowledgement of Paternity (AAP), and Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (AUSF).

Requirements for the Report of Birth are as follow:
